Shipping Policy
We can only deliver our products to addresses within the United States of America, American Samoa, Guam, Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
We like to keep shipping simple and affordable. Some of our items ship separately, but you will only pay a simple flat shipping fee of $6.95 per item on your order. We use USPS Priority Mail for all orders that have paid shipping. Free shipping items are delivered via USPS Parcel Post service. We do not hide exobritant "handling fees" in our shipping costs.
We stand behind our delivery carrier and are confident that you will receive your items quickly and in perfect condition, but we understand that items may get damaged in transportation. If that occurs, please review our Returns Policy below.
Please note that our shipping department is closed on Mondays. Shipments are made Tuesday through Friday from our warehouse. This is part of an effort to keep our prices competitive by reducing our overall costs.
If you place more than one order with the same delivery address (regardless of the name on the package), we reserve the right to combine orders into one shipment to save costs. This practice saves us money and results in lower prices for you.
Returns Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Incorrect items will be eligible for full exchange at no cost to you. Exchange will occur after original item has been returned to us and inspected.
Once coupons are validated with the government, they cannot be returned (ALL COUPONS WILL BE VALIDATED WITH THE GOVERNMENT BEFORE YOUR ORDER SHIPS). The NTIA does not allow coupon funds to be refunded.
Defective items are covered by manufacturer's warranty and must be processed through each manufacturer's support process. Please review your manual for this procedure.
If your package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, you are responsible for providing us with an alternate address and to pay the current flat rate per converter box for reshipment. Instructions will be provided via email when your package is returned to us.
