We can only deliver our products to addresses within the United States of America, American Samoa, Guam, Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

We like to keep shipping simple and affordable. We use a variety of carriers for each of our items. Some of our items ship separately, but you will only pay one simple flat shipping fee of $9.95 for each order you place. We do not hide exobritant "handling fees" in our shipping costs.

We stand behind our delivery carriers and are confident that you will receive your items quickly and in perfect condition, but we understand that items may get damaged in transportation. If that occurs, please review our Returns Policy below.

You must contact us at returns@freedtvshop.com to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning an item.

Defective or incorrect items will be eligible for full exchange at no cost to you. Exchange will occur after original item has been returned to us and inspected.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item's price, minus a 15% restocking fee. If a $40 NTIA coupon was used to purchase a returned item, its value will not be refunded. Once coupons are validated with the government, they cannot be returned (ALL COUPONS WILL BE VALIDATED WITH THE GOVERNMENT BEFORE YOUR ORDER SHIPS). The NTIA does not allow coupon funds to be refunded.

Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for refund.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Return shipping credit will be issued if the item is defective or incorrect.
